The Loke Centre for Trophoblast Research (Loke CTR) is an internationally recognized centre of excellence committed to advancing the scientific study of the placenta, early development, and maternal-fetal interactions. It brings together over 30 Principal Investigators at the University of Cambridge, many of whom are recognized international experts in their fields.

The Loke Centre for Trophoblast Research has an established highly-successful program to fund and mentor Next Generation Research Fellowships. Next Generation Fellowships are aimed at promoting the careers of high-calibre individuals pursuing innovative research falling within the remit of the Centre. The 3-year fellowship provides a salary and consumables budget to provide a stepping-stone to research independence. 

Applications are open to all nationalities and the fellowship sponsors international visas.
